Peptide Calendar ("we," "our," or "the app") is operated by The Black Sheep AI, based in Los Angeles, California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Peptide Calendar mobile application.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address for authentication, account support, and service operations. We may sync those limited account details to our customer relationship management provider, HighLevel. We do not automatically add account email addresses to our product-updates list or use them for marketing unless you separately opt in.
Website Product Updates: If you separately sign up for product updates on our website, we store the email address you provide, your subscription status, the signup source, and the consent version so we can send occasional Peptide Calendar news. You can withdraw this permission at any time using the unsubscribe option in a message or by contacting us.
Wellness Data: You may voluntarily log wellness information including mood ratings, energy levels, sleep quality, weight, and injection/protocol details. This data is stored securely and associated with your account.
Subscription Information: If you subscribe to Peptide Calendar Pro, payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store or Google through Google Play, depending on your device. We do not collect or store your payment-card details.
Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device type and operating system version for app functionality and troubleshooting.
Notification Information: If you allow notifications, we store an app-specific push token, platform, app/build version, and your optional Product Updates preference so notifications can reach your device. Injection reminders are scheduled on your device and use generic lock-screen wording. We do not use protocol, injection, wellness, or Apple Health data to target Product Updates.
Apple Health and Android Health Connect access are optional. Peptide Calendar requests access only after you choose to connect or sync on a supported device. You control each health permission in Apple Health, Health Connect, or your device settings and may change or revoke access at any time.
Health data read from your device: With your permission, the app reads weight, sleep, step count, active energy, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), respiratory rate, dietary energy, protein, carbohydrates, total fat, fiber, and water.
Health data written to your device: If you have connected Apple Health or Health Connect, the app requests write access only to add weight check-ins that you save in Peptide Calendar.
How synced data is used and stored: When you choose Connect or Sync, shared samples are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with your Peptide Calendar account in our Supabase-hosted database. We use them only to display your personal history, daily summaries, wellness trends, and related app features. Peptide Calendar does not perform automatic background network synchronization from Apple Health or Health Connect.
We do not sell health data, use it for advertising or tracking, or disclose it to data brokers. RevenueCat does not receive your Apple Health or Health Connect samples.
Your account, tracking, wellness, nutrition, and synced Apple Health or Health Connect data are stored using Supabase, with PostgreSQL databases, row-level security policies, and encrypted connections. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
We do not sell or trade your personal data. Your wellness, health-platform, and tracking data are private to your account. We disclose data only in the following circumstances:

These web analytics services may receive standard browser and network information, such as your device/browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring page, and event time. We do not send your Peptide Calendar account identifier to Meta Pixel or Google Analytics. You can limit this collection with browser privacy controls, content blockers, or the advertising and analytics controls provided by Meta and Google.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account through the app, all associated server data — including profiles, protocols, injection history, wellness logs, synced health samples, nutrition logs, and achievements — is permanently deleted from our servers. Deleting your Peptide Calendar account does not delete samples already stored in Apple Health or Health Connect; you manage those in the applicable health app.
Peptide Calendar is not intended for use by children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Peptide Calendar is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is designed solely for educational and personal tracking purposes. All peptide and protocol information presented in the app is for informational reference only.
