Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the wellness and tracking data you enter. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Settings screen.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Black Sheep AI and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any health outcomes related to decisions made based on information in the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
